Spectator Information

FOOTBALL PRE-SALE SPECTATOR FEES:   
Youth (5-14):  $0.00
Adult  (15+):  $10.00

CHEER & DANCE PRE-SALE SPECTATOR FEES:   
Youth (5-18), Seniors 66+ and Veterans:  $10.00
Adult  (18-65):  $20.00



AT THE DOOR SPECTATOR FEES:   
CHEER & DANCE: Youth (5-18), Seniors 66+ and Veterans:  $15 /  Adult  (18-65):  $25


The above prices are cash purchases.  Tickets purchasing tickets by debt/credit card will have an additional convenience fee added to the order total.

  • All bags will be subject to inspection.  The search is voluntary because the guest can refuse, however, the refusing guest WILL NOT be permitted entry to the event. If contraband is found during a search, the guest will be asked to return it to their vehicle or discard it.

  • Pop Warner Little Scholars promotes good sportsmanship by student-athletes, coaches and spectators.  We request your cooperation by supporting the participants and officials in a positive manner.
  • Doors are scheduled to open up to one hour prior to the scheduled first teams performance.  Please ensure you check the PNW Region’s Cheer and Dance championship webpage for the most up to date schedule information.
  • All Pop Warner and Pacific Northwest Region rules, regulations and code of conducts will be followed and enforced.
  • The coach must remain with their team for the duration of competition day.
  • Saving seats longer than one performance will not be allowed.
  • State, local, venue, and Pop Warner directives, as of the date and time of the competition, regarding face coverings and social distancing will be enforced.
  • Each team will be permitted one bag per performance. Everything your team needs must be within that one bag.
  • All bags will be subject to inspection.  Anyone refusing to allow their bag to be searched will not be allowed to bring it into the facility – NO EXCEPTIONS!
  • No ice chest, outside food or drinks will be allowed in the facility.
  • No glass containers will be allowed in the facility.
  • All spectators must enter through the designated doors.  In and out privileges will be granted as long as the spectator is securely wearing their wrist bands.
  • No banners, signs or posters of any kind will be allowed to be hung inside the facility.
  • No signs with glitter will be allowed into the facility.
  • No artificial noise makers or helium balloons will be allowed into the facility.
  • Due to safety concerns, baby carriages will not be allowed inside the facility.
  • All spirit participants and coaches must enter through their designated door and sit in the team area to ensure maximized seating for spectators.
  • Only credentialed coaching staff will be allowed pass the warm up/check in area.
  • The following items will not be allowed inside the performance arena: selfie sticks, noise makers, metal framed seat cushions, glass or aluminum
  • No smoking of any kind (including vaping) will be allowed inside the facility.
  • Hover Boards / Scooters / Etc. Not Allowed:  For the safety of participants and spectators at our events, PNW Region does not allow the use of “Hover Boards”, “Razor Scooters”, “RipStiks”, “Skateboards” or any similar wheeled conveyances inside or outside of the championship venue or in the pre-function space. The only wheeled conveyances allowed will be those that have been deemed medically necessary for the individual using it (wheelchairs, medical knee walkers, etc).
  • There will not be any DVD sales of performances due to, among other things, changing policies in the music industry, lack of demand and changing technology. Parents may use their personal cameras in the venue. However, use of professional recording equipment is prohibited.
    • If you or any representative (official or unofficial) post any video of your team's performance to social media, YouTube, and/or similar services - please note that you are doing so at your own risk.  Pop Warner Little Scholars, Inc. nor the Pacific Northwest Region assume no responsibility in any action that may be taken by any 3rd party entities.
  • No Video or Telephoto/Zoom Lenses Permitted.  Pop Warner Little Scholars policy is to protect the safety and security of our youth participants and to protect your privacy.  Video cameras and still cameras with telephoto or zoom lenses will not be permitted during performances by unauthorized officials.
